We deliver within 2β5 working days of dispatch β to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Please note: In exceptional cases (e.g., holidays or high order volumes), delays may occasionally occur.
π Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging .

If your pajamas arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@koomfi.shop β ideally with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
